Had this mouthwatering dish called Thisre (or Thisro) Sukka in Goa prepared by my granny . Loved her style of cooking from years and the perfection she maintains till date. Love you Aayi for this dish. Tasted this last month and missing this now.

Chicken Keema Cutlets / Chicken burger cutlets
This month while on Grocery shopping, I bought this frozen Chicken Keema from the Super Market only to have this yummy delicious Chicken Keema Cutlets. I prepared this when my inlaws were around and it didn't disappoint me as everyone liked it. It goes very well as the Starters or as a side dish with the main course. Place these between the burgers or bread slices and send it to kids lunch boxes and I am sure they are gonna like this as Chicken Burgers or Chicken Sandwich.

Oats Dosa - Healthy and Tasty
Oats- The moment we say Oats its assumed that Health follows. Almost every single person nowadays is familiar with this name. Earlier, in our childhood days, we were not at all familiar with this name but as time passed by, people have become more health conscious and now we find it in every house. I too have it in my kitchen and it comes out of the boxes once every week especially at breakfast time. Though its healthy, my family doesnot like it so I have to plan things to get this thing called Oats into their stomach. Its not my kid who makes faces for this Oats, its my love, my hubby. When prepared in the form of dosa's or idli's , he likes them because he loves Dosa's and even after he had these Oats Dosa's or Idli's, he never complains coz he doesnot realise it at all. Cool Me ! :)

Mango Posicles
Ends Summer vacations for the kids and also their favorite fruit MANGO. This year onwards my son comes back from school in the evening. And such a tiring day for him to get adjusted to this timing especially after such a long summer break. Just to make him feel good, I did this Mango Popsciles for him and he was so delighted to see them and then ATTACK!!!
Ingredients
Two Ripe Mangoes - deseeded
Sugar, as per your tastebuds
Milk - 1/2 litre
Method
I didn't try out any different method for this lovely Mango Popsciles. Its the Mango Milkshake which I prepared the previous day by blending all the above ingredients in a blender and then shifting the extras into the moulds and freeze them so that my kid can enjoy whenever he feels like.

Schezwan Crab
As I mentioned earlier in my posts that I love Crabs. Whenever I find some fresh crabs in the fish stalls, I never miss to buy it. Traditional dish Crab Masala is already in my blog. This was the first time I actually experimented with Crabs and that was Schezwan Crab and I am glad to say it turned out GREAT. Still I am drooling while writing this post. Its so simple and gets ready in minutes.
So here's a quick and mouth watering Chinese recipe- Schezwan Crab.

Pumpkin Sabzi with Prawns
I have already posted Pumpkin Sabzi in my earlier posts. Thats for the vegetarians and this one for the non- vegetarians lovers as I have included Prawns in this recipe.
When I told my mom during our regular talk over the phone that I bought Red Pumpkin today, her first reaction was "WOW! Are you going to prepare it with prawns?" Thats when I remembered the taste I ate years ago and couldn't wait to prepare this dish. Hubby tasted this for the first time and he too liked it. This can be prepared with fresh prawns or even the dried ones which we get in super markets.
Easy method to cut the pumpkin is given in my earlier post " Pumpkin Sabzi".
